We invest in what you own.

Minerals. Royalties. Non-operated working interests. If you own an energy asset in the Rocky Mountain region, tell us what you know. We’ll take it from there.

We’re not brokers. We’re buyers. You deal directly with the people underwriting the asset and making the investment decision.

Different by design.

We are an investment partnership, not a lead-generation shop. We use our own capital, evaluate assets in-house, and focus on areas where we understand the geology, land, title, and economics.

01
Principal access

The people talking to you are the people evaluating the investment.

02
Rockies fluency

We focus on the basins and operating environment we know best.

03
Flexible underwriting

Producing, non-producing, royalty, mineral, and non-op interests can all be interesting.

“You do not need perfect records. You do not need to know the technical terms. Start with what you know.”

Bifrost acquisition approach

The same people underwriting the investment.

Bifrost is principal-led. The people you speak with are the people evaluating the asset and making the investment decision.
